Broad background
The agency’s founder, Dr Stephan Feldhaus, is a nationally and internationally renowned communications expert and ethicist with an exceptionally broad profile and a comprehensive network of contacts. His profile combines scientific and entrepreneurial competence with many years of cross-industry communications and leadership experience.

Dr Stephan Feldhaus was Head of Corporate Communications at Roche from 2010 to 2019 and a member of the Enlarged Corporate Executive Committee. Prior to that, he was responsible for communications for the Power Generation Group and the Healthcare Sector at Siemens AG for a period of twelve years. He also held overarching management positions within the company.
Prior to his business career, the trained craftsman and doctor of social ethics and theology worked in science for fifteen years. The core topics of his scientific work then and now were fundamental questions of ethics, business ethics, environmental ethics, and ethics of the health care system.
For years Stephan Feldhaus has been involved in social and cultural activities on a voluntary basis and holds teaching positions at the University of Basel with a focus on ethics.
In 2022, Stephan Feldhaus was ordained a deacon of the Christian Catholic Church of Switzerland and works part-time as a pastor in Fricktal.
Stephan Feldhaus has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viollier AG since 2023.

This form of ethics consultancy deals with principles and criteria of responsible decision-making as well as the processes and organizational forms of implementation.
